Damaged or faulty orders - Unfortunately, there will be times when situations that are out of control have caused your order to be damaged during transit. To avoid any heartbreak or stress for our clients all we ask is that you inform us
within 48 hours of receipt of the goods along with images and we will replace these items or offer a full refund for any
damaged or missing goods at your request.
Further to the above if you receive your items and believe them to be deemed faulty or the print is of poor quality then you must inform us within 7 days.
Receiving your refund - In the unlikely event a refund is required then we will ensure this is completed and returned
to the client within 7 working days of the agreed request.
Exceptions - All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered
personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.
To avoid quality issues on products we offer a request sample service when possible. This sample may not be the exact design to your request but one most similar to represent the final product. This service may incur a small fee however, we
will deduct the cost of the sample charge off your final order should you proceed with a bulk order.
